Randy is Director of Investor Relations at Terex Corporation where he serves as the primary liaison with the Terex investor community. Randy has 15 years of Corporate Finance experience with Terex, Bank of America and IBM. Randy holds a Bachelor's degree in economics from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from the SC Johnson School of Business at Cornell University. 

Terex Corporation is a global manufacturer of lifting and material processing products and services delivering lifecycle solutions that maximize customer return on investment.

Tracie is Senior Director of New Business Development – Morrow Sodali - In this capacity she works closely with a wide range of corporate issuers on governance, anti-takeover, compensation and proxy issues. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, the last 17 with Morrow Sodali, Tracie partners with our Corporate Governance, Stock Surveillance and Proxy Solicitation teams to assist the firm’s clients in reaching the best possible solutions to their issues. Prior to Morrow Sodali, Tracie spent 17 years in senior positions in the Stock Transfer industry.

Morrow Sodali provides corporate boards and executives with strategic advice and services relating to a broad range of activities, including: mergers and acquisitions, annual and special meetings, shareholder activist initiatives, multinational cross-border equity transactions and debt restructuring services.

James Bragg, Advocacy Ambassador

James is an independent investor relations consultant focusing on investor targeting and shareholder maintenance. Before working as a consultant, James had a career in US domestic and international equity sales with several investment banks. Before his career in equity sales, James worked as a lawyer in the legal departments of two investment banks where he specialized in securities regulation and compliance. In his role in these legal departments, James drew on his prior experience as a lawyer for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County.

Matt Latino, Associate, Programs & Membership

Matt Latino is Vice President of Investor Relations at Xylem and has led the program since February 2017. He is responsible for providing the investment community with a comprehensive view of Xylem’s strategy, business performance, growth plans and sustainability progress. He also is responsible for founding and leading Xylem’s Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a leadership rotation program in finance for recent college graduates.

Mr. Latino and the Xylem Investor Relations program were named to the Institutional Investor All-America teams in 2019 and 2020, including the top award for ‘Most Honored Company’ in 2020 in the Electrical Equipment & Multi-Industry sector. He was also a finalist for the 2020 IR Magazine ‘Rising Star’ award.

Mr. Latino joined Xylem in 2012 as Manager, Financial Reporting. He was named Manager, Investor Relations in 2015, and began leading the Investor Relations program in March 2017 prior to Xylem’s most recent Investor Day. Prior to joining Xylem, he worked in the Audit Practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he helped to complete the Spin-Off of Xylem from ITT Corporation.

Mr. Latino earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York College at Oneonta in Professional Accounting.
